灭火机器人是以任意底盘的消防车为载体,加装了我厂无人驾驶执行装置专利技术,具有智能化特点,采用轮式行走结构、点火、行走、转向、驻车、水泵以及消防炮的转动,仰俯、喷射灭火剂等一系列过程均采用无线调控方式,有效遥控距离可达150m~300m,遥控行走速度为10km/h。 该机器人还具有侦察和自救功能,灾害现场信息通过摄像无线传输系统传输给指挥员,为指挥员调整抢救方案提供依据;机器人身上装有多个喷头,当温度升到临界点时,水喷头自动打开喷水自救。特别适用于消防人员无法靠近的易燃易爆、高温、有毒、放射性物质等火场扑救。Any chassis of fire fighing vehicles can be utilized in the fire fighting robot. Haomiao’s patent technology of unmanned operation equipment has been applied to it so that the robot shall have intelligentized features. It will be wheeled structure; its ignition, driving, turning, parking, peration of fire pump, rotation of fire monitor and spraying fire-extinguishing agent will be operated by wireless remote control. The effective control distance will be 150~300m, and the driving speed under remote control will be 10km/h.The fire fighting robot have reconnaissance and self-help functions. Real-time information at fire scene will be transmitted to the operator through wireless communication system, providing proof for the rescue plan adjustment. Multiple discharge nozzles will be in the fire fighting robot, and when temperature reaches the critical point, those nozzles will be opened automatically to spray water, implementing self-help. It is particularly applicable to extinguish fires in the explosive, high-temperature, toxic, radioactive places where firemen cannot approach.
